What is Business coaching?

Business Coaching conducted by Astrid Spanjaardt Coaching is about simple questions: where are you and where to you want to be? Direct, practical, goal oriented. These simple questions form the basis of the intake interview. What is equally important is the personal click: your confidence in working together. If we choose to continue, then we draft an agreement in which your goals are set out as well as the manner in which we will work. In this way, we have a clear agreement.

Our subsequent sessions will look at:

Problem analysis and, if relevant, further assessment.
Skills building. This will include ‘homework’ between sessions which will give you practical tools to help in everyday situations.
Feedback and mirror reflections.
Evaluation.
